Orian Toys play tents: a pink castle with starlights

Our princess castle tent gives a little one a room scaled to her size — six pink walls, tie-back curtains and a string of warm starlights for reading, whispering and tea parties on cloud nine.

Play Tents questions

How big is the castle tent?

It stands 55 inches across and 53 inches to the peak, roomy enough for two children and a few plush friends.

Are the starlights safe for a child's room?

The 9.8 ft strand of 30 LED starlights stays cool to the touch and runs along the inside of the roof, away from little hands.

Can the tent go outside?

Yes, for supervised play on dry days. Bring it in at night so the fabric stays fresh.

Choosing a play tent for a toddler or preschooler

A play tent works because it shrinks the world to a child's size. Inside the walls a two-year-old feels in charge, and games that last five minutes on the open floor stretch to half an hour behind a curtain. The Orian castle was designed around that feeling: a hexagon shape that reads as a real castle, sheer panels that let a parent see in, and soft light that turns any corner into a stage.

When you compare tents, look at three numbers: floor width, height and the age range. At 55" by 53", our castle seats two children with books and plush toys, and a five-year-old can lie down inside. Lightweight polyester taffeta wipes clean and folds flat, so the tent can live in a bedroom, a playroom or the backyard on party days.
