How to set up a castle play tent in five minutes
From flat box to glowing castle before the kettle boils.

In short
- Clear a 5 ft circle of floor.
- Unfold the base and slot the poles into the connectors.
- Add the roof piece, tie back the curtains and run the starlights inside the roof.
Pick the spot
A corner works best: two walls protect the tent from passing feet and make it feel like a hideaway. Leave room for the curtains to open, and keep it away from radiators and lamps.
Build the frame
Lay the hexagon base flat, push each pole into its connector until it clicks, then lift the roof piece on top. No tools are needed; if a pole feels tight, twist gently as you push.
Light it up
Run the 9.8 ft strand of starlights along the inside seams of the roof so the lights hang above the children, not at the floor. Switch them on at dusk and the castle is ready for story time.
