Shipping: how an Orian box floats home

Our toys travel from the partner store's warehouse to your door. Here is the route, step by step.

1. You press a buy button

The button opens the Orian listing at our partner store, where you check the price, the delivery date and place the order.

2. The partner store packs it

Your toy ships from the store's warehouse in its own box, with the store's delivery estimate.

3. Tracking lives with the order

The partner store sends tracking updates; your order page there always has the latest status.

4. It lands on the playroom floor

Open the box, check the parts against the picture card and let the play begin.
